What was the scope of their involvement?

WebHopers provides me with SEO, PPC advertising, and website design and development services for two of my websites. Initially, they did strong research and profiling for my company. Throughout our engagement, I've seen that their company has many departments, so they help me on various fronts, including keyword research and technical SEO.

As for PPC advertising, WebHopers creates campaigns for Google Ads and Facebook. Those are the two main platforms we leverage. The tech stack for the web development work is Shopify.

What is the team composition?

WebHopers has a very big team of 250–300 teammates. For my project specifically, we've worked with seven teammates on the SEO side, four teammates on the PPC side, three developers for web development, and three designers for web design.

How did you come to work with WebHopers Infotech Pvt Ltd?

I was searching for the best SEO companies in India, and WebHopers ranked on the first page of Google search results. When I found them, I did my due diligence on them and was very happy to find out that they had very clear onboarding and problem-solving processes that they used with their clients.

We began working with them in January 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

I've been working with WebHopers for a year and a half, and I'm very happy with their work. Thanks to them, we're on top of the local searches for terms related to our industry, both as searches related to product distributors and for skincare products. Hence, our SEO is working both for B2B and B2C customers.

WebHopers has established project timelines, and they've delivered accordingly. They have a very good lineup that sets timelines for each task. At the very start of our engagement, they set timelines for our main project and deliverables, and they assigned operations management teammates to look after those estimations. I was very happy with that approach, and that's why I've continued working with them.

As for communication, WebHopers interacts directly with us via phone calls and emails. Something that I really like is that they also create WhatsApp groups for their clients, offering a very personal interaction.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Almost all of WebHopers' departments are very good. Still, I initially reached out to them for SEO, and I believe that SEO is their biggest strength to date. In addition to that, WebHopers offers a very customized approach for each and every client. They do thorough research and provide solutions according to their findings.
