Webguru supported the long-term design and development of Cheggl as a complex custom platform for video production, company listings and digital marketing. The scope included frontend and backend development, database architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, mobile applications and the migration of major platform components from React to Next.js. Key deliverables included the public Cheggl platform, administration and customer dashboards, company-profile and video-management systems, search and membership functionality, product configurators and video shops, campaign and newsletter automation, analytics, automated company and video imports, SEO infrastructure, chat and AI-based functions, customer-specific SaaS products, payment integrations, landing pages and numerous individual tools and integrations. Raza and his team also provided ongoing maintenance, technical documentation, testing, deployment support and continuous development across the different Cheggl products.

Delivered 200+ APIs and updated 1000+ files across the platform, improving system functionality, integrations, and overall platform stability.

Raza managed the project through close and continuous communication with us. He was highly responsive, frequently available outside normal working hours and always willing to react quickly to new requirements, feedback and urgent customer requests. Because Cheggl developed over several years, the scope and priorities changed regularly and the team often had to move between different products and technical challenges. This sometimes required timelines to be adjusted, but Raza remained flexible, solution-oriented and personally committed throughout the cooperation. He took our needs seriously, explained technical matters directly and consistently invested significant effort in finding practical solutions.

What impressed us most was webguru.pk's broad technical expertise, entrepreneurial thinking, and personal commitment. He did not approach Cheggl as just another development assignment, but developed a deep understanding of the platform, its business model and our long-term goals. His ability to work across web, mobile, SaaS, APIs, automation, AI and infrastructure while continuously exploring new solutions is exceptional. Raza cares deeply about the products he builds and consistently demonstrates loyalty, energy and a strong sense of ownership.

Are there any areas for improvement or something webguru.pk could have done differently?

As the platform and number of parallel projects grew, an even more formal project-management and release process would have been helpful. Clearer milestone planning, consolidated documentation, structured acceptance procedures and earlier escalation when priorities or capacity conflicted could have made the cooperation more efficient for both sides. This is primarily a natural area for development when a small, highly committed team grows into managing several complex SaaS products simultaneously.
