I’m a roofer at a roofing company. We work on roofs for homes and buildings. We install new roofs, repair leaks and damage, replace old roofing, and make sure everything is protected and built to last.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire WebEasee to accomplish for your roofing business?

I hired Webeasee to design and develop a professional website for my roofing business that would make us look more established online, bring in more local leads, and make it easier for customers to contact us and learn about our services.

Can you describe the scope of their involvement in this project?

WebEasee pretty much handled the whole website project for my roofing company from start to finish. They designed the website, set up all the service pages, contact forms, mobile version, and everything needed to make it look professional. They also helped organize the content better and made the site feel more built around getting actual customer leads instead of just looking nice.They added all the main stuff we needed like service pages, a photo gallery for past roofing work, contact forms, mobile optimization, and an online quote request section so customers could easily reach out.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest thing for us was finally having a professional online presence we could actually send customers to. We started getting more inquiries through the website, and people were able to understand our services a lot easier. We noticed more people reaching out through the contact forms and calling us directly from the site. Customers also mentioned that the website looked professional and was easy to use, which helped build trust right away.We received 5–10 more inquiries than before.

How did WebEasee perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was honestly really smooth. Communication stayed consistent the whole time, and everything was delivered on time. The best part for me was having one direct contact person handling my project instead of being passed around between multiple people. We used email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me the most was honestly the pricing and the initial concept they showed me. Other companies were quoting way higher, but WebEasee was actually reasonable for the quality of work. I also genuinely loved the first design concept they presented; that’s what really sold me on moving forward with them.

No, everything was perfect and up to the mark.
