WebCodeDev

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the founder of an online marketing services and website development company for small and medium businesses.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire WebCodeDev to accomplish for your online marketing services or website development projects?

We needed help with multiple projects across website development, website hosting and server management, and custom coding.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Originally, we contracted with WebCodeDev for Expression Engine website theme updates and builds. While the team was excellent with that specific builder, they also excelled in all things WordPress and custom coding for us. The core of their projects has been website updates, app development, and custom-coded engines within other websites. WebCodeDev has worked on front-end design and back-end functionality.

What is the team composition?

I'm unsure about the number of teammates from WebCodeDev assigned to our project.

How did you come to work with WebCodeDev?

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in September 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

WebCodeDev has broken down the project and task list as needed based on the current client's website or stage of our mutual client's website. I don't have a specific metric in mind overall, but they've been very quick and agile with changes as needed and always responsive when I need something quickly.

How did WebCodeDev perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time 100% of the time. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

I'm simply impressed with the speed and accuracy of their tasks.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't know what they could change — it's always great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I don't have a specific email to show, but there have been multiple times when our client has been thoroughly impressed with the speed at which we've been able to turn projects around, whether it's simple updates or complex back-end changes. The consistency of WebCodeDev and their work has definitely brought us more work from various clients as they get more comfortable.
