I’m the CEO of MB Line, a consumer products and services company. We provide professional carpet and home textile cleaning, including pickup, deep cleaning, drying, repair, and delivery across Latvia and neighboring countries.

What challenge were you trying to address with WEBBUILDING?

We needed to create a modern, user-friendly website to improve our online presence, clearly present our services, and make it easier for potential customers to find and contact us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WEBBUILDING has handled the full website development process, including planning the site structure, UX/UI design, responsive development, content implementation, contact forms, basic SEO setup, testing, and launch. The main deliverable has been a complete, modern, mobile-friendly website that clearly presents MB Line’s services and makes it easy for customers to get in touch.In addition, WEBBUILDING has continued to support us after the website launch. They help with updates, technical maintenance, and small improvements whenever needed, so their involvement isn’t limited to the initial development.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

WEBBUILDING’s work has had a major impact on our business. After launching the new website, our sales increased by approximately 500% compared with before, which clearly shows the effectiveness of the project and the improvement in our online presence.We’ve measured the increase based on completed sales and overall revenue generated after the new website was launched. Compared with the period before the project, our sales have grown by approximately 500%.In addition, we’ve also tracked website traffic, the number of inquiries we’ve received, and overall customer engagement. After the launch, we’ve seen a clear increase in website visitors and incoming leads, which supports the strong growth in completed sales.
