I’m one of the founders of a future non-profit, Meg Matters.

For what projects/services did your company hire Webaroo, and what were your goals?

We contacted Webaroo because we knew we needed a website for the non-profit. We had an online presence through Instagram and Facebook but needed more. We had seen other non-profits websites and knew we needed professional help. Our goals were to have a website that matched and felt like an extension of from the other online platforms with added information for a blog and a place in the future to be able to raise funds when our foundation was approved.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We asked people we knew to get referrals from trusted friends and we were given Dylan’s name (part of webaroo)

We had a meeting to discuss our goals and they helped us to understand how we could best help them achieve those goals. Our next meeting they gave us a tour of the mock up website and explained some areas we were not understanding due to our lack of knowledge in website building. They were very gracious with their time by explaining website lingo and tools, so that we had all our questions answered. Our next meeting there was a website and we were taught how to update the blog space and other key areas.

2 people, Dylan and Connor, web developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were very happy with the process to build a website while working with webaroo. The deliverable, a website, that had continuity with our other online platforms was key and they made that happen quickly.

Dylan and Connor exceeded any expectations we had going into the process of building a website for our future nonprofit organization. They were always on time, prepared, and ready to put website lingo into layman’s terms for my older brain to comprehend. I would refer anyone who is in need of a website to get connected with webaroo and be prepared to be impressed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their attention to detail and willingness to answer all our questions were amazing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can identify.

We hired Webaroo to build our new website. We needed a fresh look for our website.

We selected them based on their previous work.

New website was about showing our projects in detail, allowing customers to see our experience. We worked with Webaroo to design and then make adjustments as needed.

Two project managers worked with us.

We don’t have any measurable outcomes yet. The site just went live.

Communication was great. After the initial developments, we were able to make changes and adjustments very quickly. They were very quick to respond to our needs.

They were very hands-on and responsive to our requests.
