I can't describe one process we used across all projects. They all were a little bit different because clients were different. What was similar between projects is that they all were quite chaotic at some point. But I should say that the web-systems team delivered a great result despite all the chaos

the outcome for us was: - team management. It was great; we worked with Mila, I can highly recommend her - code quality. All three developers were quite good in what they did - meeting the deadlines. Same here, Mila managed developers' time, developers met their estimates, all was good

As I said, Mila was our PM. She handled:

• task tracking
• time tracking
• all communication

Guys tracking tasks in Bitrix, which was not very convenient for us, so we asked to have daily text updates from Mila, and she made them. Sometimes we opened bitrix to check statuses/requirements, but not very often. We used skype and slack as our main messengers

The team met their deadlines. I didn't think anyone in software development met their deadlines, but these guys did.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so, I highly satisfied
