I’m the owner and co-CEO of SaamWok Pad Thai Delivery. We cook and deliver pad thai in Geneva, Switzerland.

What challenge were you trying to address with Web Media Seo?

We went to them to rank up our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Web Media Seo developed our website and worked on its SEO. I’m handling Google Ads and Facebook advertising by myself.

We had an initial conference call to discuss our business plan and target with them. We identified who our targets were for the location, who our competitors were, and what we wanted. They studied our competitors, targets, and strategy and came up with a solution based on that. 

What is the team composition?

We were only in contact with Michele (CEO and Web Developer).

How did you come to work with Web Media Seo?

A friend of mine referred them to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Web Media Seo around March 2020, and they delivered the website last week in April 2020. We had the last conference call so they could explain to us how to use the site’s backend.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Web Media Seo was helpful and meticulous. Their team focused on everything, not just the website, and really tried to understand our needs. They did everything they could to make us succeed. I really liked how they cared about us, our business, and our targets. This was my first time working with them, and I’m probably going to refer them to others.  

How did Web Media Seo perform from a project management standpoint?

The main challenge was that, in the beginning, I was in France, my associate was in Switzerland, and Web Media Seo is in Italy. They had a very practical approach, with daily conference calls for website updates and changes. 

The conference calls were regular and very detailed. We had good interactions. We even had a conference call on Sunday, because that was the best time for me and my associate. That was really kind of him.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Web Media Seo was available any time we sent them a question or comment. They made changes to solve our problems and help us reach our targets. The connection they established with us was really good, and their work was amazing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could make a YouTube tutorial on how to change things on the backend of the site. They did the best they could, actually. We had some bad experiences in Switzerland, then we went to them, and we’re really happy with what they did.  

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients should give Web Media Seo as many details as possible and be as accurate as possible. That will ensure that the website is good and that all aspects are covered.
