We are a small contractor business. We offer remodeling for homes and small businesses. We have been in business since 1986.

Redesign of our current website. Hosting and monthly maintenance is ongoing.

What were your goals for this project?

Our site was outdated and we were unhappy with the portfolio.

They were referred through a business supply vendor.

The project was done in about 8 weeks. It would of been faster if I had more time to get items such as photos for our portfolio.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with the owner and project manager to accomplish my goals.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First our site looked 100% better. I had new client sources coming through within a couple of weeks from launch. I am also now able to update my own sit content.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I received weekly updates from the project manager. They were persistent with reaching out to get the outstanding items so they could finish the website.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

How professional they were. I did not have a big budget and they made me feel like an important client. You can tell they like what they do.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I do not have anything I can really mention. I had a wonderful experience.
