I’m the owner of Idan Bar Digital Marketing. I work with specifically with customers that need to build websites or create marketing activity on Google, Facebook, and other channels.

What challenge were you trying to address with Web Help Agency?

We wanted to work with an agency that could help us with web development in order for us to give clients the best solution for what they need. We needed to do it quickly, to accommodate all of the features that have been requested so far.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provide all of the web development services that we need. From the building and hosting of websites, to designing unique features, they handle it all. They complete each project with the speed we require to meet our clients’ expectations. Overall, our goals have definitely been achieved thus far.

What is the team composition?

We work with Aleksandr (CEO, Web Help Agency) who acts as our project manager. In addition to the CEO, I have also worked with six other people from their team. The number of people depends on the project we are working on, but on a daily basis, we work with four members of their team.

How did you come to work with Web Help Agency?

When we first began, I had a huge project I needed to outsource. I searched for a developer on Upwork, and I found Web Help Agency.  At first, we started with smaller projects.  After a short period of time, they offered to work on several projects first before discussing payment, which has never happened with other vendors. The rest is history, and we’ve been happily working together ever since.

We have invested approximately $70,000.

We began working together in April 2016, and our collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Internal and external stakeholders have been thrilled with their contributions. Over the past three years, nearly every project we Started with Web Help Agency was completed with a happy client. There are even times when the client works directly with Aleksandr through our Skype group chat. We couldn’t be happier with our relationship thus far.

How did Web Help Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

We have great communication via Skype on a daily basis, and it’s really nice to see that both of our businesses have grown. Even on weekends, if I have something urgent, I know I can count on Web Help Agency. I am really happy with the level of communication we’ve accomplished together.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

In the past, I’ve had some bad experiences working with developers who just cared about the money. Aleksandr and I work so well together, because he values my projects as much as I do. Everything is really organized, and I can track progress at the end of each day, which I appreciate.

For example, I have a big client here in Israel, and they just told me that they want to create a campaign for tomorrow. I got in touch with Aleksandr and requested a landing page. Within 20 minutes I got a link. If I worked with someone else, they wouldn’t deliver as fast and the service wouldn’t be as good. Overall, everything is done well, and our relationship is excellent.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if they could add another designer to their team. Aside from that detail, I can’t say one bad word about the code, activity, databases, and hosting as everything is working well. I am really happy.

My advice is to start with a pilot project, as it will help you find out quickly if you are getting what you need.
