After trying to solve issues without luck in the past, Web Help Agency were quickly able to fix these issues (notably App speed) and they came up with unique ways to solve our issues - which we apprciated.

We used our own project management tool, as well as slack for general communucation. We had regular Zoom calls to discuss in-depth.

Together with Web Help Agency we have realized several projects in the form of Wordpress blogs and websites as well as WooCommerce webshops. These include, for example, an ad-free learning platform for children, a blog for one of our bloggers, a webshop for deposits and a crowdvoting platform.

All websites and webshops were developed from scratch. As a default, Web Help Agency received an Adobe XD file with the design and a requirements specification. The webshops and websites were implemented with Wordpress and WooCommerce. Communication was done via Upwork and Jira, later via Wrike.

We mainly had contact with Anastasiia, the project manager. She coordinated our requests an tasks to her team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All our clients are satisfied with the result of the websites and webshops. Especially the learning platform for children received a lot of good feedback from the end users.

The communication was done via Upwork. Task management and reporting of bugs and change requests occurred via Jira and later via Wrike. From time to time, we exchanged information via video chat. If there were delays, we were informed about them. But most of the work was done quickly.

Web Help Agency was very professional and reliable. Change requests were always implemented quickly and satisfactorily. When I think back to the project with the learning platform, none of us had experience with the realization of such a web design. But Web Help Agency has implemented the challenge very well.

After launching the app web website, the conversion rate got higher, and most importantly, the quality of the leads is now excellent. We get very high-quality information.

They made sure that the backend platform is easy to use. They did everything simple to change and update from the small things to the big stuff. The whole platform is straightforward to use.

We have been updating our website since the beginning of 2020 with the help of freelance developers since we don't have an in-house one. We had to prematurely finish our contract with the previous developers because the quality of their work wasn't up to our standards, but there was still work to be done around the members area and setting automatic emails for our store. Our main goal was to create a more user-friendly and interactive members area that was useful for our community.

We were looking for Europe-based developers to cut the time difference that we had been experiencing with previous developers and Web Help Agency seemed to cover all the areas that we wanted them to work on.

We have had some meetings to better explain some tasks, but our communication was basically made through the Upwork chat, where we explained the tasks that we needed and gave feedback.

The main projects that they worked on were improving the members' area on our WordPress website and working on the Memberships and Subscription features of Woocommerce (giving access to different membership and subscription managing tabs to different kind of members, improving our member directory display, improving the look of our customer's profile editing page, etc.).

They also helped us set more reminder emails for the subscription renewals and better automate all the purchase-expiry-renewal process for our Woocommerce Subscriptions.

We have mainly talked with a Project Manager that then discussed our needs and issues with the rest of the team.

The new members area that was created by WHA has considerably reduced the amount of work that we need to do when it comes to membership renewals. Thanks to their work, now everything is automated and works smoothly and we are able to focus on other more important tasks.

We have been working on a project-basis with them. When we found something that could be changed or improved, we contacted them through Upwork with a list of tasks. They then worked on them until all our feedback was implemented and we were happy with the results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were happy to continue working with us after our official contract ended and we have been able to contact them later on to fix minor issues around our website as a bonus. Also, our entire website crashed when we were in between projects and they were very quick to respond and solve our issues.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes we found that something was not working on our website and needed to fix it in a relative haste but they were not available. Nevertheless, considering that our relationship was on a project basis and they have more clients, it is understandable and won't change our general satisfaction with WHA.

The guys were amazing. Everything was on time and on spot. As I mentioned more than 60 pages were optimized and now have a page speed score of more than 90 on both web and mobile.

I asked for a website in WordPress, which was used. Initially, WHA proposed several designs (including the logo) for the website, which was finetuned in several iterations. After agreeing on the design, WHA programmed the site.

Two representatives from Web Help Agency coordinated the whole process and were communicating with me, one was an engineer and the other is a client manager.

The project was small, we did not set intermediate milestones. But I had the impression, that the project was executed timely, and communication with Web Help Agency was quick and efficient.

They are always willing to take on a project; they help even when it's off-hours, and they are very cost effective, which helps us do more work with them and continue to do more jobs.

There has been a few projects that we had to send back and have them rework, but this was really only due to not fully testing. It's hard to fully test the effects of an update, functionality change, etc. for an entire website, so it's understandable that there may be some things that don't work or need to be fixed that we all may have missed. The good thing is that if there are ever issues, or things we find later that are not working, they are always willing to jump right in and fix them right away!

We produce a beer with the name Hug. Our slogan is: it’s Hug that counts. (Hug is a part of DynaHouse Business Center. DNH operates flex offices including restaurants (that’s why the beer)). The focus is not on the beer, but on the experience of giving a Hug to your friends. Via the website people can order Hugs and let them deliver to their friends. It is a surprise to receive Hugs.

Find WHA via LinkedIn. We have had a chat by Skype and I felt it was okay. Their pricing in comparison with others in West Europe is very reasonable. I gave it a try and I am not disappointed

We had a simple design made by a Dutch Company. WHA made the complete website from that design. They gave us also advice about how to use WooCommerce and Mollie for the payments.

I don’t know exactly the team composition of WHA, but there is a team leader, developers, and testers. There was good contact and good communication between WHA and our company. They also installed Google Analytics.

Difficult to say, because it is to short on the market. We market Hug by mainly SMM and Hug receives a lot of likes.
