Web Development India was hired to design and develop a new website for our company, but the process was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was inconsistent, deadlines were repeatedly missed, and the final product lacked both the functionality and visual appeal we were promised. The overall execution felt rushed and unpolished.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Unfortunately, the results were disappointing. The website launched late, with numerous bugs and design inconsistencies. Even after multiple revisions, the site still didn’t align with our brand vision or meet the basic usability requirements we expected.

Project management was disorganized, and we constantly had to follow up to get any updates. Our feedback was often ignored or misinterpreted, and deadlines were regularly pushed back without clear explanations. Overall, their lack of responsiveness made the entire process frustrating.

Unfortunately, there wasn’t much that stood out in a positive way. If anything, we were surprised at how disconnected their work was from their initial promises during the sales process.

There are several areas for improvement, including clearer communication, better adherence to deadlines, more attention to client feedback, and a much stronger focus on quality control. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Web Development India.
