I am the owner and broker of Sirka Real Estate. We help people buy and sell homes in North Texas.

What challenge were you trying to address with Web Artisan?

We needed a smoother and simpler website that was quick to load and respond. There are a lot of websites for buying homes online so there’s a lot of noise. It can get confusing for buyers so we wanted to simplify the process.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Web Artisans developed our website from scratch. Their team was responsible for both the front- and backend of the site. We sent over sketches, colors, and content for them to use to build out the site. They ensured that the fields that best provided information to consumers were included

How did you come to work with Web Artisan?

We received a referral from a friend.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement ran from October 2019–January 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Even in the last three months, we have seen an increase in traffic. We have gotten good feedback from our clients and customers who were very impressed with the site. They like that it’s responsive and works well on mobile devices. About 64% of our visitors are from mobile devices so that’s really important to us.

How did Web Artisan perform from a project management standpoint?

The team always delivers on time and in budget. Web Artisans is very organized and successfully estimates timelines. Our teams communicated via Viber and email. Despite the time difference, they were incredibly responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Web Artisans is incredibly solution-oriented. They like to figure out how things work and how to make it faster. I really appreciated that their suggestions improved the speed of the website.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything went well. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them as much information as you can. Provide visual references and screenshots where applicable to get the results that you had in mind.
