Weavos uses Slack to keep in constant contact with their clients. They will send messages to provide information, follow-up on previous conversations, maintain timelines and meet goals. All communication is timely and professional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I joined Weavos after hearing founder, Andy, speak on his own podcast. I connected with his down-to-earth coaching style and willingness to share his knowledge with others. As a first-time entrepreneur preparing to launch three new products on Amazon, their guidance has been invaluable. Andy and his team helped us navigate manufacturing hurdles, establish our listing strategies, and build a complete launch plan for our Amazon rollout. Once our inventory goes live, they will also help us with our ongoing listing optimization. Weavos even worked with us on flexible introductory pricing for our first three months to support our startup phase. What specific goals or objectives did you hire Weavos to accomplish for your e-commerce business?

We hired Weavos to help us develop and scale our e-commerce business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Weavos has done everything from market research to helping us choose a product based on favorable pro forma metrics. The team has also helped us set up a supplier, get samples, place our first bulk order, and do everything to set up our Amazon store. Weavos is currently managing our online brand on a daily basis. The team has provided pro forma analysis, supplier and store setup, product listings, inventory management, and ongoing brand management.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Weavos.

How did you come to work with Weavos?

We found Weavos on Instagram. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, had a great culture fit, provided good value for the cost, and had company values that aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Weavos in October 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re still scaling the business, which takes time and money, but we’ve seen increases in sales every month since the launch until we had to reorder inventory. Our sales have doubled every month for six months. We’ve also seen improvements in our advertising cost of sale (ACoS) every month.

How did Weavos perform from a project management standpoint?

Weavos’s project management is great. The team is very well-run and great at communicating timelines and goals. We primarily communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Weavos really cares about the individual. Andy (Founder & CEO) and his team are genuinely trying to help people be successful with their online businesses. They have the knowledge and expertise along with the genuine interest in helping people.

Are there any areas they could improve?

This project is brand new to me, so I’ve relied heavily on Weavos’s experience and expertise. I thought I would be profitable a little sooner, but that’s just because I didn’t factor in the reordering inventory costs and shipping. I truly believe Weavos is trying their best to help me get there.

Andy and his team at Weavos Agency guided me thorough through the market research, sourcing, and logistics of setting up as a new Amazon Seller. They helped with brand development, building a store front, launching the product. We are now focused on profitability and scale. We look forward to launching our next product and expanding to other platforms.

We have seen huge improvements in organic sales, ACoS, and TACoS while growing sales month over month.

Weavos has grown and evolved in the time we have been working together, and they have handled the growing pains well.

I’m the CEO of a consumer products company. We offer toothpaste tablets made with nanohydroxyapatite, providing a fluoride-free, plastic-free alternative to traditional toothpaste for cleaner teeth and a more sustainable planet.
