Founder-led MVP, SaaS & AI development

We Softwarez is a founder-led software studio that builds MVPs, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, AI tools and workflow automations, and supports them after launch.

Every project is led by Ayoub Seddiki, a software engineer with a dual degree in Software Engineering and Computer Systems (ISIMA – Clermont Auvergne INP, France) and an engineering degree in Data Science and IoT (ENSIAS, Morocco). You talk directly to the person who writes your code: no account managers, no hand-offs.

Our Story

Founders told us the same story: they paid an agency, talked to an account manager, and never met the person building their product. We Softwarez was built the other way around: every project is led by Ayoub Seddiki, the engineer who writes the core code. Our values: straight answers (a fixed quote within 12 hours), full code and IP ownership, and support long after launch. 45+ products across 12 countries, still built that way.

What Sets Us Apart

You talk to the engineer, not a manager

Every project is led by Ayoub Seddiki, who writes the core code. No account managers, no hand-offs: the person on your call is the person building your product, so nothing gets lost between the brief and the code.

Product and AI in one team

We build the full product and the AI inside it: MVPs and SaaS platforms, plus LLM features with OpenAI and Claude, validated structured outputs and human review where it matters. No second vendor to coordinate.

Fixed quote in 12h, support after launch

After a free 30-minute call you get a plan, a timeline and a fixed quote within 12 hours. You own the code and IP, get 30 days of bug-fix support, and can keep us on for maintenance long after launch.

Commonly Asked Questions

GDPR: yes. We handle personal data under a published privacy policy: data is only used to deliver your project, access is limited to the people who need it, credentials are kept in an encrypted password manager, and all access is removed at handover. For clients in the EU and UK, cross-border transfers rely on standard contractual clauses, and we can sign a data processing agreement on request. HIPAA: we are not a covered entity and there is no official "HIPAA certification". For healthcare projects, we build to your compliance requirements: HIPAA-eligible hosting, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logs and minimal handling of patient data. Your compliance team keeps the final say on whether the system meets your obligations. For any regulated project, we review the requirements with you during discovery, before a line of code is written.

Right now we're most interested in three kinds of projects: 1. AI features and LLM apps for existing businesses: document automation, RAG assistants over company knowledge, structured data extraction with OpenAI or Claude, and AI added to an existing SaaS without a rewrite. 2. MVPs and SaaS platforms for founders: from a first version to test with real users, to multi-tenant products with auth, roles, Stripe billing and dashboards. 3. Workflow automation that has outgrown spreadsheets: n8n, Make or custom code, connected to your CRM and tools. The best fit is a founder or small team that wants to talk directly to the engineer building the product, and wants support after launch. We're especially comfortable in real estate, education, healthcare and e-commerce, where we've already shipped products.

We keep it simple and transparent: 1. Free 30-minute call: we go through your idea, goals and constraints. 2. Fixed quote within 12 hours: a written plan with scope, timeline and price. 3. Build: a weekly check-in call plus async updates, and a staging link from the first working build so you can test as it grows. 4. Launch: production deployment, documentation, and a handover call. 5. After launch: 30 days of bug-fix support included, then an optional monthly maintenance plan. Throughout the project you talk directly to Ayoub, the engineer who writes the code. Payment is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, with milestones for projects longer than 8 weeks. You own the code, the repositories and the IP. We work in English, French and Arabic, from GMT+1, with full overlap with EU hours and US mornings.

Onboarding is designed to get you from first call to first build as fast as possible: 1. Discovery call (30 min, free): we understand your business, users, goals and constraints. We sign an NDA beforehand if you need one. 2. Proposal within 12 hours: scope, milestones, timeline and a fixed price, in plain language. 3. Kickoff: once the proposal is signed and the first payment is made, we set up the shared channel (Slack, email or WhatsApp, your choice), the weekly check-in slot and the project board. 4. Access and setup: repositories and cloud accounts are created in your name, so you own everything from the start. Any credentials you share are stored in an encrypted password manager, never in email or chat. 5. First working build: you get a staging link early, so you can test and give feedback from the first weeks. Most clients go from first call to active development within a few days.

Direct and regular, with no middlemen: - One point of contact: you talk to Ayoub, the engineer building your product, not an account manager. - Weekly check-in call: what shipped, what's next, and any decisions we need from you. - Async updates in between, on the channel you prefer (Slack, email or WhatsApp), with replies within one business day. - A live staging link from the first working build, so progress is something you can click, not just read about. - A shared project board showing tasks, progress and priorities at any time. - Clear flags early: if a risk, delay or scope question comes up, you hear about it right away, with options, not after the fact. After launch, maintenance clients receive a short monthly report covering updates, fixes and any recommendations.
