Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Wayy studio took our case once we initially raised funds for our venture. We had a running product with a few paying customers, but we had to create new brand foundations in order to become a household name.

With weekly meetings Wayy Studio helped us shape our brand messaging together. After many iterations of sharpening our key messages we began to create visuals for our new brand. From our new name and logo, through new taglines and slogans we've created a strong, yet accurate brand that suits our vision. 
Eventually they have developed our brand book and marketial language and approach. This project helped our company's transition in a smooth and easy process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The whole process was devided to three main parts - 

1. Messaging - was the longest and most important procedure that laid the groundwork for our new brand. (About 2 weeks of virtual meetings) We received a full brand messaging document.
2. Key Visuals and Identity- Fresh start, a new name, colors, logo and other fundamental assets that suits our strategic messaging.
3. Final branbook - From fonts, slogans, merchandise and every aspect that made our brand whole and unique.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

As a company, we had a nearby milestone that made the whole process urgent. Although we had a few delays, Wayy made it possible and delivered the final brand book on time, and more importantly, they lived up to our expectations. Wayy Studio gave us professional and personal service from our first meeting to the last one. They were very kind and made extra efforts to provide us good service (even though we were a small client).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understood me perfectly and shared my ambitions and outlook about the new brand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wayy Studio could have done differently?

Handoff directly to our relevant teams. When we finished the process,we received a great brand, but I would have wanted a more personalized handoff. Instead of me receiving it, I would've preferred my company's marketing and design representatives to be on the receiving end.
