Waypoint builds custom software and workflow automation for small service businesses in the Annapolis Valley and across Atlantic Canada: invoicing, quoting, booking, job and customer records, websites, and the automation that connects them.

Waypoint is one developer based in Kentville, Nova Scotia. Every project starts by looking at how the business actually runs day to day, finding the job still being done by hand, and scoping a tool for that specific job. You get a fixed price before any work begins.

How projects work:

• Scope and a fixed price first. You aren't asked to specify your own software.
• Half the build fee upfront, the rest at launch.
• The monthly fee starts when the tool goes live, not when you sign.
• You own the code and content. No lock-in, no penalty for leaving.
• Data is stored in Canada.

Pricing: one workflow added to your existing setup runs $500–900 one-time plus $50–75/month. A full site plus the systems behind it runs $1,200–2,800 plus $60–125/month.
