Watson Nelson Consulting is comprised of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultants and Facilitators helping to identify opportunities for incorporating DEI strategy within organizations, leadership, policies, initiatives, and learning, for greater inclusivity and workplace belonging. We assist in moving diversity initiatives forward, including creating employee resource groups,  facilitating learning and growth workshops, strategies for hiring, and incorporating inclusive language throughout your policies and communications. We work with executive leadership to guide greater understanding and/or communication of DEI's impact within your organization. We support leadership in moving forward DEI culture. From DEI assessment, to strategic planning, to implementation of innovative solutions, our focus is always on building an efficient and results-driven relationship. We'll work with you to create a customized plan of action for your organization.
