What was the scope of their involvement?

Watermelon Tech has helped us create an e-wallet iOS and Android mobile and web-based app. They assigned two full-time developers to integrate with our development team — the platform will have a lot of content, that we will create. 

What is the team composition? 

We work with an Android and backend developer. We also worked with a project manager and designer initially, but we only needed the engineers.

They were referred to us by a previous vendor.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent $70,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in July 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

Our internal team measures their work; initially, it was beneath our standards, but they quickly learned and adapted to raise the quality and are now doing a fantastic job. 

How did Watermelon Tech perform from a project management perspective?

We manage the projects as they are integrated into our team. We use Google, WhatsApp, Skype, and email to keep track of their tasks.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

They are capable of adapting and being flexible, as well as being cost-effective. During one project, they sent extra resources to work on-site with us to meet deadlines.

If you have time and patience to teach them, this team will learn and adapt to meet your expectations at a budget-friendly price.
