They have delivered a web management portal that can be used on PC and web-view on smartphone. The app can authorize the line managers to record warehouse status and manage workdays for workers. And I can view summary reports via the dashboard.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their commitments to timelines and deliverables. They engaged closely with me to advise the simple user flows and how to optimize in the future. Their customer service was good, though a bit delay sometimes.

Sometimes there were delays, but totally it's acceptable because of some additional changes during the project. They have their own agile method to manage and define into smaller milestones to deliver.

They have a large staff and a meticulous consultant for what my factory needs. They are also friendly to talk with and support me.

All good but they can try to improve more their speed in message responses.
