Warm Springs Consulting is a women-owned Boise-based consulting firm that builds integrated strategies for community resilience. Owned by Amber Bieg (MBA), Kelsey Jae Nunez (JD/MPP, LEED GA), and Deborah Hiller LaSalle (JD), we bring together years of experience in environmental, social and economic problem solving. Our principals have expertise in both the private and public sectors, working with large government agencies to small businesses in energy, agriculture, forestry, food, education, finance, technology, media and defense industries.

Our areas of work are business consulting, sustainability strategy and operations, community and stakeholder facilitation, marketing and behavior change, organizational management, policy and economic analysis and venture finance. Our collective body of work includes business planning, economic feasibility studies, comprehensive waste assessments, zero waste strategies, greenhouse gas inventories, cutting edge research in renewable energy integration, regional food system plans, green business assessments, community behavior change marketing, sustainability communications strategies, and community building and engagement.
