What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The results have been immediately visible, especially in our site performance and visibility. Thanks to their Python minification and cleanup scripts, our website loading speed has improved dramatically, which has kept users on the page longer. Additionally, their SEO strategy has successfully pushed us to rank for highly competitive keywords, making us one of the top-performing tour operators online in Tanzania and driving a significant increase in organic inquiries and direct bookings.Our page loading time has dropped significantly, maintaining a fast load speed of under two seconds. We’ve also achieved first-page Google rankings for several of our target safari keywords, leading to a huge boost in monthly organic search traffic. Our direct online inquiries and bookings have increased substantially within months after the systems and SEO went live. We’ve experienced roughly a 40%–50% increase in organic search traffic within the first few months, which has directly translated to a solid 30% growth in our direct online bookings and safari inquiries.

Additionally, the automation of room availability checks and instant confirmation emails has cut down our front-desk administrative workload by 50%. The website's quick loading speed and premium layout have also noticeably increased the average time potential guests spend exploring our luxury rooms and amenities online.We’ve measured the reduction in administrative workload by tracking the specific daily tasks of our front-desk and reservation staff before and after implementing Waridi Tech's system. Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, there isn’t much to criticize because the core system works perfectly. The only minor area for improvement would be providing more video-based training tutorials for our staff on how to navigate the admin dashboard during the handoff phase, rather than just relying on live walkthroughs. However, whenever our staff has had a question later, Waridi Tech’s support team has been quick to assist, so it hasn’t slowed us down at all.
