Using a proprietary Audit → Build → Sustain framework, we help business owners document the processes, workflows, and light tooling currently living in their heads — building the infrastructure that lets a business run predictably through hiring, growth, and the owner's absence. Founder Alissa Ward brings over a decade of finance and operations leadership from major hospitality brands (Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Omni, Highgate) managing properties representing $100M+ in assets. We work with contractors, professional services, wellness and retail businesses, creative agencies, churches, and nonprofits.
