We had some issues in the content display on the page because of the page structure. Thus, Google was unable to find all content. In addition, we had some bugs to fix, and fixing H1 and H2 on the pages. Plus, we wanted to add SEO titles and meta tags to some pages.

Doing the fixes as per our requirements. For example, on the page, assign the H1 and H2. And place the meta tags.

We had to repeat every single thing multiple times. And every time they say it is fixed, but when I test, it was not done. And after so many attempts, it gets fixed. And I paid for all these things because they were charging me on a time basis. We had the first developer that didn't deliver properly so we had to change him. Things got a bit better first week, then we went through the same issue again. 

Repeating things over and over again, plus they created 404 error and 502 errors. that they didn't fix. At the end, when i spoke to their manager, Shreeram, he promised to fix these things and also we had an issue with the page speed loading, so he said he needs to fix the server configuration and fix the duplicate URL that were coming. So, he asked me to pay for 1 week and promised to fix these. then, i didn't hear back from him. 

I sent him many messages but he doesn't respond. this is unethical and unprofessional. And when I asked him to reimburse them money, he didn't respond. It's been 2 months till now since he stopped working in August 2023.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

At the beginning, he was nice and said he had the experience. And then, when we started work we started having issues. At first, he was cooperative, but then things started to get delayed. And at the end, he took the money and disappeared.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wangoes Technologies Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

They should act professionally with clients and fulfill their commitments. If they can't do it, they should not overpromise. And they should not take money and not deliver. This is stealing.

Co-Founder and CEO of the business. We are an online Food Distributors selling wines that matched our customer Palate profiles. Our product line spans household staples, as well as baked goods, cooking ingredients, drinks, and even non-food items.

We have load on salesman to doing the orders, the app helped us to increase our sales by providing great features like barcode scanner, easy process, track old orders etc.

Flectra salesman app is a Flutter app, which allow salesman to login, search the products, filter the products, or scan the product by barcode, See order history, create orders, It also needs to work in offline mode.

Our sales order creation speed has increased 10 times, which result in more sales.
