Wal-Staf Personnel hires and places employees in clerical, medical, light industrial, and technical positions. Placements include short term, long term, temp-to-permanent, and direct hire positions. Wal-Staf service areas include Gainesville, Ocala, Lake City, and the surrounding counties. Wal-Staf is locally owned and operated and has been in business since 1977.



All Wal-Staf employees go through a rigorous screening process including testing, interviews, and reference and background checks. Applicants are never charged a fee and are paid on a weekly basis.



Clients can keep Wal-Staf associates for as short or long a period as they want and only pay for one line item, cost of labor. If and when the client decides to hire an associate, this may be done after completing a probationary period. Wal-Staf takes pride in offering excellent customer service and quality employees!



It's a win-win situation for our clients because we pay for all the advertising, screening and employee costs, like FICA, insurance and taxes while they get their work done.
