What specific goals or objectives did you hire W3Nuts to accomplish?
Our company presently runs one of the biggest trucking fleets across the EU, and we have established a reputation for being at the forefront in terms of logistics and transportation. Ever since, we have shown concerns about an upcoming challenge, that of how to modernize the interaction between us and our customers. 
The main reasons behind it were to ensure that we would have a self-service portal, allowing customers to book transport, track real-time shipment status, see invoices, download receipts, and automatically notify customers of all shipment status updates and payment confirmations. The ultimate aim is to achieve operational efficiency while providing better customer experiences.

They enthusiastically and professionally took on the challenge and provided a solution that exceeded our expectations. The project was essentially a highly sophisticated customer portal tailored to our needs. W3Nuts specialized in building a simple interface for us that enabled customers to manage their logistics independently. 
They also integrated real-time shipment tracking for customers, who could view the progression of their shipment on every level, which has proved enormously valuable.

They built an automated notification system that updated all critical shipment status updates, confirmed payments as they were made, and notified customers of all the important milestones along the way. This successfully minimized delays and instilled a communication culture with our customers. 
They also ensured that all portals were mobile-friendly, enabling our customers to access them easily from any device. The attention to detail, from function to artistry, was glaringly evident throughout the project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Collaboration yielded wondrous results. Our self-service portal has redefined customer interaction, allowing them to self-manage their logistics needs. It has made customers very Happy, courtesy of better transparency and efficiency using automated notifications and real-time tracking. The portal further lightens the load on our customer service team so that they can concentrate on more important matters.

W3Nuts were very active in project management throughout the whole engagement. They kept communicating and updated us on every level of the progressing project. They were also very responsive to our feedback, so they included our suggestions to come up with the absolutely final product. Above all, their on-time delivery of all milestones was of utmost importance because it kept at bay any misaligned operational schedule.
