What challenge were you trying to address with VVDesign - Viviron Ltd?

I wanted a custom platform to manage my bookings without messing up my timing. For example, stylist 1 does the same service faster than stylist B. I also wanted a very easy customer portal.

What was the scope of their involvement?

VVDesign - Viviron Ltd has built a website and software that saves me from paying subscriptions to many platforms. They’ve built a booking system, a CRM, a mailing platform, automation with customer notifications, a loyalty lounge with points and rewards, a platform ready for multiple locations, and staff management with holidays, working days, and hours.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The platform’s popularity, speed, maintenance, ongoing development, hosting, and security have improved. If I ask VVDesign - Viviron Ltd for a fix or a new feature, they just do it. The platform was built from scratch, and it always shows up in the first 2–3 places on Google.

Since launching the platform, customers have told me that the booking system is easy to use compared to other salons. They like the website and the booking process.

How did VVDesign - Viviron Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is amazing. If you’re looking for a company that is there with you, VVDesign - Viviron Ltd is it. I feel like they’re my IT department. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, emails, and messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Other agencies I’ve interacted with in the past have mixed many plugins, and I’ve always had to update them. VVDesign - Viviron Ltd has built the plugins and looks after my website. I’ve also requested them to build the website on specific CMSs, and they’ve built their own software inside my CMS.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I hope they keep their professionalism and customer service as they are now.
