I'm the director and founder of the company. We are selling LED Products, 123LED is one of the many startups that start the business during COVID-19, we planned to start the business before COVID-19 and signed a 3-year agreement for the rental contract, unluckily, the COVID-19 strongly affected our business plan and they suffered a huge loss during 2020.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The business grows during 2021 and makes quite some profit although the pandemics are still ongoing. We reached 800%+ ROI for our campaigns overall.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It is simple and effective. They made the flow very easy to follow, we worked on a monthly basis, we can see the obvious improvement on the 2nd months.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They delivered good results. Now, 50%+ of our revenue are from the channel they build up for us, and the cost now is very stable and low compare to our revenue.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

They may respond faster to inquiries.
