What challenge were you trying to address with Vrentax?

We hired Vrentax to build and launch Lebconnect, a digital platform dedicated to connecting the Lebanese business community in Qatar. Our main objectives were to create a modern business directory, increase visibility for Lebanese-owned businesses, simplify customer discovery through search and maps, and provide businesses with a professional online presence.In addition, we wanted a scalable platform that could support future growth with features such as business profiles, promotions, analytics, and digital marketing tools. The overall goal was to strengthen the Lebanese business network, generate more opportunities for local businesses, and make it easier for customers to find trusted Lebanese services and products.

The platform has also become a trusted digital hub for the Lebanese business community, creating more visibility and opportunities for participating businesses. Additionally, the scalable architecture built by Vrentax allows us to continue expanding the platform with new features without requiring major redevelopment.Within the first few months after launch, the platform grew to more than 60 verified Lebanese businesses across multiple categories. We also experienced steady month-over-month growth in website traffic through organic search and direct visitors, thanks to the SEO strategy implemented by Vrentax.User engagement improved as visitors spent more time browsing business profiles and using the search and map features to find local services. Most importantly, businesses began receiving inquiries and gaining additional visibility through the platform, which was one of our primary goals. Are there any areas they could improve?

While the Vrentax team was always available to answer questions and provide support, having a more comprehensive knowledge base from the beginning would have made the onboarding process even smoother.
