To rebuild numerous aspects of our Web and Mobile App, update code base. To build a new backend to support chat integration on both our Mobile and Web Applications.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Completion of the scope, within budget and time. Of course, it working! VRB have been nothing short of amazing. Their customer service, care and consideration is without fault. They have been truly perfect in every respect.

Yes they did. When there were problems along the way (as there are alwayas with tech), they would already have a solution before they informed me of the difficulty. They have regular meetings, are always on time and care so much about providing value for money.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

From the outset I was completely comfortable working with them. Both Ross and Vitaliy were helpful and mindful of the fact that tech is not my language. They provided a wonderful short presentation on their company, values and how they measure success (by doing the best job possible for each and every client). Unlike many companies in Australia that focus on the fee they earn, Ross and Vitaliy focus on the relationship with their client and ensuring that they provide a wonderful product. In all respects they are lovely people to work with and do amazing work for their customer. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something VRB teсh could have done differently?

Yes, they could be located in Australia so I could meet them in person (and take them to lunch). One day!
