Our project team had suggested Voquent due to the wide array of voiceover actors available online and simple navigation to multiple samples.

Quite simple - we had a few live sessions with our chosen voiceover to do multiple readings and were provided clean files from Voquent upon completion. They also had technical support available should it be required.

We have a core team and use a wider group as a sounding board as we reach various milestones in the awareness campaign creation.

The videos will be used as a part of a medical trial that will last for several years. The doctors seem to be very happy with our videos and animations, but the end results are yet to be seen.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Alex reacted very quickly to all the problems that I had, and the communication was very good all the time. I have zero complaints.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Based on Voquent's web pages, I assumed them to be very good in what they are doing (cf. some other companies that we also contacted during the tendering process). However, the work progressed even more smoothly than I originally expected. This was a huge project, and not easy to manage (at least on our side).
Are there any areas for improvement?
Nothing that I can think of at the moment.
