They were recommended to us by another studio. Their efficiency, price and excellent communication led to me selecting them.

Files shared with them via WeTransfer. They provided us with multiple VO artists which we whittled down to 3 and they quickly got back to confirm our 1st choice. They managed transcription and editing of the script for VO.

High-quality translation, the project delivered on time to a very tight deadline. End client very happy.

They had excellent communication and flexibility to work with a very tight deadline. Jules (account manager) and Olivia (producer) were a joy to work with and I felt very confident that they would deliver.

None. It was an incredibly fast turnaround.

I am the Design Specialist for the Global Corporate Communications team of our business. I create and oversee work varying across presentations, videos, intranet, website and socials. Ensuring the corporate brand of the business it's properly used and developed.

Our company has a long storied history along with many complicated internals business unit trading. We brought in voquent to help in the audio production of video series explaining more about the business and how it operates.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This vendor was selected by my predecessor, I have continued to use because I saw the hard work and quick turnaround used on previous project. This has continued to be demonstrated on every project since. Fast, friendly and professional.

We will develop a script internally. Contact Voquent about our desired voice actor, they will get in touch, help arrange a date. Facilitate the recording online so that we can listen in and live direct. The VO artist will then pass the audio back to voquent who then perform audio post processing and word documents and deliver the final audio on a very fast turnaround.

My main contact for projects has been Jules . She is nothing short of a delight to work with. Always fast with email responses and getting the project set up, will email to check in progress and make sure all goes smoothly. Thank you Jules.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The videos produced using audio from voquent has been shown across the business and around the globe reaching over 2000 employees. the artists we used from voquent fitted our brief perfectly and aligned with the brand and tone of voice we want to use. The audio production was great and raised the quality of the videos to make them entertaining and easy to understand. Many other people around the business have asked for my contact within Voquent as they want to use them for other projects.

Account handler very easy to work with (Jules). Everyone else I have spoken with at Voquent has also been extremely helpful and friendly. Use of zoom to live direct audio recordings has been seamless. And all work is done in a very timely manner.

We were impressed by their willingness to help complete projects and the timely and friendly manners of all the high quality work.

We hired Voquent to source a VO artist with an Australian accent, record a number of scripts and send over the files ready for us to use them in a series of short films for one of our clients.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We had used them before on a number of films. They are always very accommodating, efficient, flexible and reasonably priced.

They offer a wide range of VO artists so that we could shortlist a number of potential voices for our client to choose between. They were then able to organise a virtual recording session with the client so that our Creative Director could direct and sit through the recording. A number of takes were recorded to give us creative flexibility. Voquent then selected and prepared our chosen edits and sent them over to us straight after.

Their Account Manager Jules organised the recording sessions with the VO artist. Michael, their Senior Producer, was then responsible for organising the technical side of things and getting the final audio files to us so swiftly.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

On the back of the success of the recordings we have been able to ensure the narration on our films for our client are of the highest level. Our clients have been very happy with the result and, on the back of his, have commissioned us to make more films using the same VO artist.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Each time I email them we get an immediate response. Their team fulfils all communicate by email in a timely manner as and when we reach each stage of the production process. The whole process is both reliable and efficient and allowing us to integrate each voice over recording seamlessly int our workflow to keep to our wider schedule on track.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Being able to record each session online across time zones makes all the difference. Always a safe pair of hands.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As we continue to work more with Voquent it would be interesting to see if we can work together to find any further cost-efficiencies/savings as we hopefully sale up the volume of work we do with them.

We had the challenge of casting for Mayan Voice talent for our upcoming video game.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our CEO had found the site and forwarded it to me. The amount of voice acting talent available as well as the quality of the talent were deciding factors.

The project was a virtual reality cooking game that takes place in different time periods and different time zones. One of our values was to cast authentically for talent and we were having difficulty finding authentic talent to play the part of our ancient Mayan character. I sent an email and and was put in touch with Matthew of the Voquent team.

I sent him the project specifications for accent and region, and he soon posted my project as a casting call. Within a few days, he had a good amount of auditions ready for me. Our internal team chose our talent and Matthew and Olivia setup our live recording session with our chosen talent. The session was excellent and our voice talent was amazing. The files were sent over the next business day and they sounded amazing.

We had gone through 3 prior rounds of casting before reaching out to Voquent. Within the first round of auditions with Voquent, we found exactly what we were looking for.

The depth and breadth of talent were impressive especially considering the number of languages and accents available. I also think the process was very streamlined with Voquent with minimal paperwork and administrative overhead.

I thought they did a great job. I don't have any current areas for improvement.
