I’m the owner of an auto solutions company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Voice X Marketing Agency?

We’re a new company and needed help setting up a website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, they helped us select a website template that we could use. It’s a pretty basic site, with pop-up boxes for people to apply. They also provided information on how to maintain our site going forward.

What is the team composition?

Matt (CEO) was my main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Voice X Marketing Agency?

I found them on LinkedIn, and Matt reached out to me. He explained everything and we went from there.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent $500 on the website, and it’ll be $100 per month to keep the website going.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our work took place in August 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The new site works really well. I’ve gotten comfortable enough that I’m directing customers to the website. It’s still pretty new but I have no complaints so far.

How did Voice X Marketing Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Matt was fantastic. We communicated by phone, text, and email, which I appreciated. A lot of times he was waiting on me than vice versa, which was awesome. They would answer questions I had within the hour, sometimes as soon as 20 minutes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed by the quality and speed of communication. Sometimes it’s intimidating to talk about something you’re not familiar with but I didn’t find that was the case with Matt at all; he was nonjudgmental and answered all the questions I wanted. It was a very quick process, overall.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I have no complaints. It was very seamless.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to reach out. It doesn’t hurt to get the information even if you don’t know exactly what you want to do yet. Matt was definitely able to set me at ease about the whole process even before we began.
