What challenge were you trying to address with Vogo Agency?

We’re currently venturing into the pet sector with a subsidiary of our mother company known as Super Pets. We needed a company that could develop an e-commerce site and a mobile app where we could sell our products.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Vogo Agency to develop a visually appealing, easy-to-use Shopify e-commerce website and a mobile app for iOS and Android using Vajro. They’re tasked with developing both products from scratch. Our clinics will be integrated into the app.

Aside from that, Vogo Agency is also set to train around 10 of our employees on website management. As of now, we’re still waiting on approval from our bank to officially launch the app.

I’ve worked directly with Vogo Agency’s founder and CEO.

How did you come to work with Vogo Agency?

We found Vogo Agency through online research. We chose them because of their responsiveness and the enthusiasm and energy they displayed during our initial meeting.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $10,000 on this project so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2022, and the engagement is ongoing. They will be providing us with technical support for the site and app after their launch.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t launched the mobile app, so we don’t have any metrics yet. But we can definitely say that we’re impressed with the quality of Vogo Agency’s work.

How did Vogo Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Vogo Agency has performed well in terms of project management. They’re incredibly responsive, accessible, professional, and easy to deal with. They deliver everything on time — so far, they’ve managed to reach all of the goals we established at the beginning of our engagement within the deadlines. They’re also very transparent and flexible in terms of the project’s costs.

We communicate through email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom. We use Notion as our project management tool.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We appreciate how easy it is to work with Vogo Agency. They’re still new in the business, but we hope they keep their enthusiasm and genuine passion for their work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could benefit from having more employees.
