I am the owner of a small alcohol business that is miniature bottles and gifting directly to the consumer.

For what projects/services did your company hire Vocagency, and what were your goals?

Our business has just started and we needed a logo design and stock images that would give our website a more professional feel.

How did you select this vendor?

I selected this vendor after receiving numerous quotes through a variety of websites. Jack was friendly and quickly understood the work I needed to be completed. He also showed me demo's of previous work which confirmed he was the ideal candidate as it met the aesthetic I required.

Jack completed the initial drafts, which included different designs which he sent to me. I then reviewed these drafts and suggested minor changes so that I had a perfect logo and stock images that I could use to populate my website.

I worked predominately with Jack throughout the experience.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the work was completed it has given TMBS a more professional feel which has resulted in an increase in sales.

The entire team were extremely friendly to work with. They had a fantastic turnaround with the image designs and understood and were able to add the minor changes that I had suggested.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found that the overall creativity of the company was amazing. Jack was able to establish an effective logo after a brief viewing and understanding of my website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no complaints with the service I received.
