Vloom is a Lisbon-based agency founded in 2014. We build client acquisition systems for service companies in Portugal.

Most agencies sell leads. We install the whole machine that turns a click into a signed client: paid campaigns on Meta and Google, landing pages, CRM, follow-up automation by email and SMS, sales scripts and dashboards. One system, one owner, one number to look at.

The complaint we hear from every company that has already tried an agency is that the leads were bad. It almost never is. What breaks is everything that happens after the lead comes in, and nobody installs that part. We do.

Our contracts carry a written money-back guarantee. If we do not deliver the agreed volume of leads or booked consultations, the client leaves at the end of the third month and we return what they paid for our work. Ad spend is not returned, and we say so upfront.

What clients have put on record: a dental clinic with more than 100 leads in the first month, a professional training company that grew sales by 200 to 300 percent, an online dance school that turned 1.500 euros of ad spend into 70 students in month one. Most of our clients have been with us for three to five years.
