We agree a written scope and timeline up front, share progress on a staging theme so you can review real pages rather than mockups, and keep communication in Slack or email with calls when needed. Working hours overlap with US Central/ET and the UK.

It starts with a discovery call about your store, goals and constraints. We then review the store and send a written scope with deliverables, timeline and price. Once approved, we get collaborator access to Shopify, set up a duplicate theme for development, and agree how and when we’ll check in.

Yes. We build and maintain Shopify stores under your agency’s brand, working from your designs and joining your project tools. We sign NDAs, keep client communication with you unless you want otherwise, and can start with a small paid pilot so you can see how we work.

Yes. Most of our clients are DTC brands in the US, UK and Europe, and we work across time zones with overlap for US Central/ET and the UK. Calls are scheduled in your time zone and all work is handled remotely.
