What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Vizion Tools has implemented Odoo ERP across key business functions, reducing manual processes and improving data accuracy through workflow automation and system integration. While these are approximate, manual data entry has been reduced by around 40%–50%, and inventory accuracy has improved to over 95% after implementing inventory management and integrated workflow. Additionally, order processing time has been reduced by approximately 30%–40%, monthly reporting time has decreased from several days to a few hours, and employees have spent significantly less time on manual data entry due to workflow automation in Odoo. Moreover, the staff has started using the PMO module to enter and track each task.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, they executed the project well. One area for improvement could be providing more detailed user training and documentation after go-live to help end users become productive more quickly.
