Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Vivago Technologies was hired to design and develop Bay Ride, a vehicle rental marketplace connecting both tourists and local customers with the car owners in Cox's Bazar. The company had to develop a customer-friendly digital platform to help tourists find the vehicle of their choice, rent it, and manage it with ease in this touristic area. The key features included:

1. The main customer-facing platform where users could search for motorbikes, scooters, cars, and Chander Gari, compare different listings, get more information about the desired vehicle, and make a booking request.
2. A separate interface to manage the listings: vehicle owners could register their scooter, motorcycle, or car, edit the information, update the data in the listings, and receive booking requests.
3. A booking system to process the requests and track the vehicle rental.
4. An administrative dashboard to oversee the entire system and check listings, owners, customers, and other data.
5. A commission system designed for Bay Ride to profit from the successful transfer of a car or any other vehicle type from a renter to a customer.
6. A promotional listing feature known as a vehicle boosting system;
7. The user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design; and a backend system to ensure that the Bay Ride portal would be easy-to-use, responsive, compatible with smartphones, and scalable as the business grows and develops.

The main purpose was to digitize the vehicle rental process since it was previously complicated and fragmented. Thus, Vivago Technologies had to develop a digital platform where people could find the desired means of transportation, book the chosen option, and manage the details seamlessly. The company had to address the Bay Ride management's needs and create a system with specific features, UI/UX design, and a powerful backend needed to run it as a successful business.
