I am the owner of our manufacturing company, and we are based in Dubai. We have 12 employees working with us.

We met their market research specialists. They sat through with us and conducted a few meetings to have a better idea of what we do and what our requirements were. They prepared an entire market research report, which gave us a better understanding of how we should take the next step.

What was the team composition?

Initially we only met the team leader. However, with more meetings, we understood they have a strong team of 5 people, each having a different role in conducting the market research.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 2 months we saw an increase in traffic. Our website started receiving leads, and so we were able to receive a good turnover.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was very easy. There were times when we were indecisive and unsure, but they effectively managed the whole process. If there wasn't a need of meeting personally, we would communicate through phone, WhatsApp or email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I believe what impressed me the most is their working methodology. It displayed their skills and knowledge in this field. One could easily tell that they've dealt with a variety of clients and hold a good amount of experience.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really. They were on time and tailored the service to our requirements.
