BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a relatively small and new manufacturing business out of Sweden. I work with digital marketing and oversee projects such as this.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Visuals By Nor, and what were your goals?

We needed campaign material for an upcoming marketing campaign and found that regular videography wouldn't work for our needs, so we hired Visuals By Nor to produce a 3D animation for us.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked around for local agencies and found them among a few others. After looking through the agencies sites and past jobs we contacted two of them and ended up choosing Visuals By Nor as they seemed the most fitting for our project.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We started with some upstart meetings going through our needs and goals. Since we are a small team and don't have in house experience with video or animation production we let the agency recommend a fitting format and structure of the material and went from there. They kept us involved in the process and had us review and give feedback during the project. The video showcase our upcoming product in a professional way and the result is fantastic.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with their project manager that was very involved in the process and had a deep understanding of both their process and marketing in general. They kept us involved in the process making sure we were happy with how it was going and made sure to follow our feedback.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As we haven't launched the product yet we have only been able to show the material internally, but it have been met with great feedback and we are all very impressed. Can't wait to launch it for the world to see.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They were very easy to work with. They explained things in a way that we could follow and made sure to keep a close contact with us the whole time. We kept communication through email and over Google Hangouts and we were invited to their project planning in Miro, which helped a lot.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a small agency but have such a wide knowledge, capability, and professionalism that really impressed us. The result is as professional as productions we have seen from much bigger studios. You can really tell how passionate they are.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As covid cases were still high during the time we had to handle all communication digitally. It worked well but it would have been great to have an upstart meeting in real life too.
