What challenge were you trying to address with VisionX Studio?

I wanted to rebrand my company. I had all the content but needed someone to develop a website for the content to go on.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They started with a logo redesign. I asked them to present 3-4 different logo designs. Once I finalized the logo, they sent 2-3 designs of the website design for me to choose from.

Then, they developed my website and social media accounts. For example, I was initially planning to upload all the videos to YouTube, but they said the content should be on a more professional interface. Now, we’re posting content almost every day.

What is the team composition?

I had one main point of contact.

How did you come to work with VisionX Studio?

I posted a requirement on a Facebook group. VisionXStudio contacted me, and we started conversing on Facebook. Then, we moved on to email communication.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested $1,200 with the team.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2019, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Initially, I was a bit skeptical of the website and thought it would take a lot of time to load. Now, I’m really happy with how my brand looks. Everything went very smoothly—working with them was much better than I expected.

How did VisionX Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was not much of a headache for me. They managed it pretty well. 

Before I gave them content for the website, we spoke daily. Once they started developing the website, they sent me updates at the start and end of each week. Also, they were good about making sure the logo redesign only took 3-4 days. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re good with deadlines. They promised the first half of the website within two weeks, and they delivered within eight days. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re very price sensitive. If they could provide a discount for entrepreneurs, that would be great. If they price their services well, they’ll get ahead.
