• One of the main initiatives was the development of a system module to manage legal procedural costs related to judicial debt recovery under the FIREMPRESA program. This solution enabled better tracking, control, and management of costs associated with judicial collection processes.
• Additionally, the team contributed to the design and implementation of the electronic invoicing platform, integrating the bank’s systems with the services of the Ministerio de Hacienda de El Salvador. This platform allows the automated generation, validation, and reporting of electronic tax documents in compliance with national regulatory requirements.
• Key deliverables included system development and configuration, integration with external government platforms, testing and deployment to production environments, and ongoing technical support to ensure system stability and compliance.
