In the first meeting, we clearly broke down the project into steps. On the virgosol side, it was clearly stated which part was under whose responsibility, and the relevant colleagues quickly conveyed the needs and took the relevant actions.

We held weekly meetings and it was very productive. As a customer, I was expecting a meeting note, even if it was a sentence or two, at the end of each meeting. It did not arrive. I sent it as soon as it was available, but only the closing meeting note was received.
