The first month was ideation, system installation, and getting aligned on messaging. The rest was trial and error, fine tuning the direction of the posts. They delivered everything on time and met expectations across all aspects of the scope. Very responsive and flexible to meet our needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Viral Coach introduced us to a posting strategy and the Vista Social platform. They helped us write compelling scripts, edit our videos, post our videos, and review our insights. We also got a detailed funnel breakdown and suggestions on how to further optimize it.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our TikTok videos were getting traction, increasing from 107 to 442 views. However, we didn't notice any changes in lead generation or inquiries as a result of this increased video traction.

Viral Coach had great project management and clear communication. We primarily communicated via email and messaging apps.

Viral Coach's one-on-one tailored strategy and help when needed were impressive. It was easy to reach out about anything and get an answer quickly.

We needed help posting on social media consistently to generate leads for our company. We needed guidance on how to do it from setup to filming, editing, and posting, and how to make things interesting for subscribers, and eventually generate leads.

Viral Coach provides ongoing coaching to ensure our project is set up for success. Their team handles script creation, video editing, and all social media posting. They also provide technical guidance, including equipment setup for high-quality filming. I'm left with only opening up the camera and filming based on their instructions.

Although we haven't started posting yet, the initial edited content looks highly professional. The attention to detail from Viral Coach's team has been impressive, and they're highly responsive and clearly know what they're doing.

How did Viral Coach perform from a project management standpoint?

Viral Coach has been easy to work with. Communication is smooth, they're highly responsive, and they keep things moving without me having to chase them down. They clearly have a structured process in place, which makes the whole experience feel organized and professional.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I've never seen a company that actually guides you through filming and content creation like this. Ross, my account manager, is extremely patient, clearly knows what he's doing, and brings a lot of experience. It's as close as you can get to having everything done for you while still being the face of your own brand.

Are there any areas they could improve?

So far, I haven't encountered any issues. They've been responsive, fun to work with and professional throughout.
