Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Data Annotation services with the following Data Set Specifications
Quality Control Documents – (Equipment, field, compliance checks, safety, inspection reports) - These semi-structured and unstructured documents ensure that products and processes meet quality standards. These include maintenance records, field inspection reports, compliance checks, safety inspections and quality inspection reports.
Student Records – Scantron/OMR, Resumes - These are semi-structured and unstructured student records that contain academic, professional, and personal information about students. These documents include test answers and results in Scantron or OMR form and resumes for school applications. There will be a mix of both handwritten and machine printed text.
Forms - Claims, Auto, Health, Insurance, Applications - These are semi-structured and unstructured forms that contain paperwork used for various purposes. These documents include auto insurance claims, health insurance claims, new patient forms, insurance applications and mortgage applications. There will be a mix of both machine printed and hand written content including signatures.

1. If Annotation is requested in an Order, then for each document provided by Viracent, corresponding JSON files shall also be provided, one file per page of each document, encapsulating all data fields, values, and their positional coordinates as derived from the original document in Common objects in Context(COCO) format i.e. Positional coordinates (bounding boxes) in coco format [x_min, y_min, width, height] along with image width and height.

2. Documents are anticipated to manifest a spectrum of formats, qualities, and structures, inclusive of scanned images, digital formats, and visual representations.
3. The document is expected to be in JPEG/PNG format.
4. The expected document types are Shipping Documents, Client Correspondence/Contracts (Legal), Employee Onboarding/HR Records, Quality Control Documents, Student Records and Forms.
5. All multipage documents will be delivered as single page JPEG/PNG files following the agreed upon naming convention.
6. All documents will have unique names and follow this naming convention:

7. The mode of delivery is expected to be SFTP.
8. Viracent will inform Bersavi of successful transmission and Bersavi will acknowledge receipt and then approve the received documents. The approval period will be 2 weeks per 1,000 documents.
9. Documents shall be 8.5” x 11” and will be accepted in grayscale or color.

10. Viracent will submit a sample batch of 10 documents adhering to the above requirements to Bersavi. Bersavi will verify that all conditions have been satisfied. Any necessary amendments will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
