I’m the club director of VOLLEYiQ, a youth beach volleyball club that trains, educates, and hosts tournaments for athletes.

What challenge were you trying to address with ViperByte?

We wanted to ensure our site was operational and secure for our clients and ourselves. Client information security is of major importance for us, and we want to ensure our site is accessible and secure.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ViperByte reviewed our site and concluded our assessment of VOLLEYiQfl.com. They identified two findings rated at high risk and two findings rated at low risk. They noted and identified issues are remediable and provided the required steps to follow industry best practices for remediation that can be implemented without impacting the website’s content or appearance. 
ViperByte recommended addressing these findings promptly. Detailed remediation guidance was included in their report and has been written to be actionable without requiring advanced technical expertise. The ViperByte team was available to assist with implementation if needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We sent ViperByte’s information to the third party that operates our site who will hopefully implement the changes. We’ll follow up with them or ask ViperByte to review again once the changes are made.

How did ViperByte perform from a project management standpoint?

We loved their project management. They were very fast, professional, and informative. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ViperByte was knowledgeable and proactive in their work. They had very professional communication and set a firm timeline. They were ahead of any questions I had and answered everything I could have possibly needed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. They were fantastic.
