I own several coffee shops and we cater a variety of specialty coffee and other beverages in our area.

We wanted to establish our brand as your go-to local coffee shop in the area. Since we're a startup, we weren't getting enough visibility in the market because of the tight competition with the well-known brands. We sought the help of Vilop Digital to help our business in terms of brand visibility and establishing our authority and credibility as the best local coffee shop in our area.

They're experienced with digital marketing and passionate in helping small business like mine to grow. We looked at 2 other agencies but Vilop Digital's values aligned with ours. We also looked at the reviews online and their past clients seemed very satisfied with the outcome.

First, they asked about our goals and what we wanted to focus on achieving first. It was explained to us clearly that this is a long process that requires extensive effort and hard work. We understood that and after outlining the objectives, the team came up with the strategy of building a website first and creating content relevant to our business so that we can establish the credibility of the coffee we offer. After that, they focused on listing our website and social media accounts to local platforms.

They also helped us advertise our business in local websites that our consumers frequently visit. They consistently update us on the metrics and they explained it very well. We saw an increase in our website traffic, and we were also gaining more online presence. Customers were coming in because they were curious and said they saw our business in this particular site and wanted to try us out. We know we offer good coffee and that helped us in getting the first-time customers become our patrons.

We were able to get 12%increase in website traffic, and 5% in paid advertisements.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had meetings done via skype and zoom so that he can discuss the metrics clearly to us. We never had a problem with the deadlines because he was able to present the results whenever we scheduled it. We also communicated via phone and email when we have questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We value great service in our business and got the same level of service from Vilop Digital. Not once did they fail us in that aspect. It's also impressive that they were able to boost our business and they're experienced with what they do. Our goals were met and we are very satisfied with their work. I am referring Vilop Digital to some of my friends who own small businesses too because they really know what they're doing and I believe they can meet their goals with this agency's help.

I'm really satisfied with their work and they should keep on doing what they're doing.
