We wanted our website to get traffic. We were engaged in a series of meetings with vihaan team to finalize on the keywords.

Once the keywords are finalized they submitted a report on the search volume for the keywords.

Once they are shortlisted and finalized Vihaan started the SEO process bu changing the content and optimizing the images based on the seo score. After setting up the FB they started campaigns

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the SEO services for 6 months, google started listing us the top pages for 8 keywords Website traffic increased considerably FB community got built after they started campaigns. In COVID we were able to bag 4 big clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was daily communication in the initial stages with the strategist. We were given slack account to monitor the project progress.

Daily meetings were converted to weekly meetings as the project progressed and MoM was circulated after the meetings with a regular follow-up from their side.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their Approach and the comfort zone they bring you into. They made us understand each and every part of the work they do. you feel comfortable working with them as you have insights for the jobs done.

High level team is well qualified and professional to carry out the jobs. The secondary level team needs improvement on client communication.

Our company is a pioneer in the space of 21st century skills and STEM Learning for K12 students in India and the UAE inspiring students to become innovators for the last 9 years servig about 5 Million Sessions for over 250,000 students. We have recently launched an online Edtech version of our program for Retail ( reaching students at home beyond school) under a new brand. I am a Cofounder and Director.

Vihaan Digital was hired to be our partner in Digital Strategy for our newly launched Online Retail brand of our Tech Skills and Thinking Skills program. They are helping us with building the platform for hosting the online courses to creating the online presence on web and social media as well as the advertising strategies managing the spend for predefined metrics of visibility, reach and conversion.

What were your goals for this project?

We were an extremely B2B focussed company that had brand presence among schools as the channel for delivering our program to students through our STEAM Labs and Design Studios located in schools. So all our digital presence was focussed on just providing content but zero initiatives as we it was all thought of to be personal selling to school leaders.

So our goals were broadly as below:

1. Create Visibility for our new launched Online retail offering with the target segment of parents
2. Establish the brand as one of credibility to spark interest and differentiate from the clutter
3. Generate leads for trails of our Online product for K12 students
4. Cost of the lead generation to be very economical compared to market

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Given that there was a dedicated point of contact given, scheduled review meetings and if all fails, direct access to the Senior Team, work flow was never an issues. There were templates given for asking info and response timelines adhered to . Thier team internally uses workflow tools to ensure things don't slip away

What did you find most impressive about this company?

1. Their absolute sense of work ethic in terms of putting whatever hours it takes to meet something promised
2. Consciousness of budgets and treat clients money as their own money and being careful about it when spending on PPC

Are there any areas for improvement?

Internal Content writing is one area where they can make more progress . This may not be a weakness as long the client or an external domain expert for that area is available.

They’re working on our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. We’re targeting people buying new homes, and we specified what kind of information we wanted to convey. Vihaan Digital Marketing is generating leads based on that.

They come up with social media posts for different locations, and they create email templates.

What is the status of this engagement?

They were working with my company when I came on board, but I believe that the collaboration started more than four years ago. I started working here in August 2020.

They’re delivering good results. We’ve been working together for more than four years, and we’ve never had a problem with them. They’re good at what they do, and they’re very hardworking.

We get 100–120 organic leads per month.

How did Vihaan Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They have a structured management system, and they’re very friendly at the same time. The work is usually done before the deadlines. The number of missed deadlines is negligible, and it’s never been by more than 2–3 days.

I communicate with them multiple times a day.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best thing about them is their management.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Increasing our followers on social media has been a difficult task. This is something that Vihaan Digital Marketing could improve on, at least for our company.

They’re one of the leading digital marketing firms in the Hyderabad area. I’d recommend them to anyone, especially in the construction industry.
