From the start, we had a strong vision. We’d done our homework — stakeholder interviews, user analytics, and a proposed site structure. Vigored took that and turned it into a fully redesigned, custom-built WordPress site. We actually paused work on our main website mid-project to have them build a high-priority site for one of our research initiatives. They handled both projects with flexibility and ease.

Their team developed the entire site from the ground up — everything from layout and navigation to visual design and functionality. One of the most important features they implemented was real-time integration with REDCap, a secure data platform we use for research. Now, data updates from researchers are reflected on the site instantly.

They also transitioned our hosting to a dedicated server — no more shared hosting with the university — which has significantly improved stability and security.

Vigored brought a personal touch that’s rare. Even though they had other clients, they always made time for us. I could reach out directly to team members without needing to go through layers of project management.

They were also highly adaptable. As with any institutional project, we had last-minute changes and pivots — especially based on feedback from upper management. The team took it all in stride and adjusted quickly. Their WordPress developers are among the most skilled I’ve worked with.

The scope of the project was large. VIGORED assisted us right from the beginning, handling the planning, developing AI models for us and finally including it all into our existing setup. Important accomplishments included making a chatbot to address customer problems and creating an AI system to catch any suspicious transactions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were very positive. The time it took to respond to customer questions was reduced and over 30% percent of suspicious actions were stopped by the system. We also use fewer resources for manual checking.

VIGORED was prompt and always easy to work with. They always speak clearly, understand us right away and update their approach when we tell them what to focus on. We mainly arranged our communication through video calls and emails.

What struck me most was how much AI knowledge they had and how easy it was for them to explain technical topics. They are also warm and not difficult to deal with.

There is some space for better documentation, since it is sometimes not fully detailed. To sum up, partnering with VIGORED was an excellent experience for me. I think they are worth checking out.
